@lut4rp The crashing was being caused by Paragon NTFS. It doesn’t work well with Windows 7. Switched to Tuxera now. Working fine.
Quicksilver now mapped to ⌘+Space. Stopped Spotlight from appearing on the menu and stopped its indexing service.
