Wow. Something new from Motorola. Weren’t they supposed to come out with an Android phone? http://is.gd/pGRI

@ankurb This is to generate awareness! You must be friends with the jackass who was screaming I LUBH GLOBHAL BARMING outside my house. :|

@ankurb Advertisements scare people like me. I’d hate to feel compelled to use AdSense.

via Twitterrific in reply to ankurb

@ankurb Because writing 1 sponsored post per month is enough to pay for my hosting.

Made some cosmetic modifications to my theme. Loads 2-3 seconds faster now. http://xabhishek.com/ Love the Safari Web Inspector.

@ankur_sethi ha. Never liked Orkut-style websites.

@kanduri You mean it doesn’t matter if Windows 7 installs with the Win95 theme instead of the Aero junk? Reminds me of http://tr.im/hQwt :D

We’re using gprolog in the labs but our examiners expect us to use archaic Turbo Prolog syntax. Sheesh.

via Nambu

@ankurb you can. The iPhone SDK guidelines try to enforce uniformity in interface design. The interface makes a big difference.

via Echofon in reply to ankurb

@ankurb Ahem. You mean the _Google_ Android?

via Nambu in reply to ankurb

@ankurb I know. Bit of a problem for those who don’t get all @replies.

via Nambu in reply to ankurb

@kanduri No. I think the software can be unlocked without jailbreaking it.

via Nambu in reply to kanduri

@ankurb If I hadn’t looked at your stream, I wouldn’t have known that you posted this.

@yuvipanda CS3 doesn’t work on Windows 7 beta.

via web in reply to yuvipanda

@kanduri What do you mean by “use on my MTNL network”? It has WiFi. It supports video. Better frame rates, more ppi. Free apps exist too!

via Nambu in reply to kanduri

@ankurb Third party App Store browsers have confirmed that number. No longer an estimate.

via Nambu in reply to ankurb

@ankurb But the scrolling isn’t smooth on the ROKR. It’s jerky.

via Nambu in reply to ankurb

@ankurb Nope. The iPhone App Store has more apps. http://tr.im/hDzX

via Nambu in reply to ankurb

@kanduri Ditto. Plus, well polished apps.

via Nambu in reply to kanduri

@ankurb I can’t read the text, but I can still see it.

via Nambu in reply to ankurb

@ankurb That’s because you have nothing to compare it to. Try scrolling till the bottom of the page in 1 second.

via Nambu in reply to ankurb

@kanduri Why do you want to jailbreak it when you have everything you _need_ in the App Store.

via Nambu in reply to kanduri

@ankurb Spolsky talks about his E71 like you talk about your ROKR.

via Nambu

@ankurb It’s very unresponsive. It’s mostly because of the interface. While dragging the scroll bar, you can easily notice the lag.

via Nambu in reply to ankurb

@ankurb The ROKR is very unresponsive. Specially the keyboard. And it’s almost unusable without the stylus.

via Nambu in reply to ankurb

Thankfully, they remembered to include Search in the iPod app in iPhone OS 3.0. Stupid, because they had it all along in iTunes Remote.

via Nambu in reply to

@animeshkmr You can just search through wordpress.org/extend to find a plugin that checks the UA and switches to a mobile theme.

via Nambu in reply to itsAnimesh

@ankur_sethi True. There’s a shareware hack that adds the feature though. I’m not sure about how neat the implementation is though.

via Nambu in reply to

@ankurb Mac OS X has something called spring loaded folders. Lets you drag and drop to any folder you like using the same Finder window.

via Nambu in reply to ankurb

@ankurb When you cut a file, you usually open the folder where you want to paste the file.

via Nambu in reply to ankurb

@ankur_sethi The cut paste behavior in applications cannot be reflected by Finder. When you Cut files, it’s merely an illusion.

via Nambu in reply to

@ankurb You mean you don’t have to keep them both open at the same time.
